CE Capacity Instrument

The CE Capacity (CEC) instrument is an organizational self-assessment of its capacity to deliver sustained excellence in CE and CEM.

There are 9 categories and 64 questions based on more than 30 years of benchmarks and best practices. These are refreshed regularly to ensure current state of CE excellence.

There are five levels of capacity: Elementary, Tactical, Operational, Strategic, and Cultural.

The results will show the organizational variance both horizontally and vertically, as well as across demographics.
